Well hello there!

I was determined to take over the world from a very early age.  Sadly, my parents wouldn't give me a fluffy white cat or an evil lair inside a volcano.  My ambitions thwarted, I guess I had to learn to laugh at life.

I have the gift of keen observation combined with the curse of open expression but I make sure I keep my crazy in this site.

About this site:

I started blogging in 2007.  I use this site to vent my frustrations, tell stories, record stuff that makes me laugh, and share my ideas.

Not everything in this site is true.  Some is half true, embellished by me to be more interesting than my real life.  Other stuff is pure fiction.

I classify my posts according to type, and so they are each part of a series.  If you like a particular post, click on the Tag name (e.g. "Puppy Talk" or "Hell is Other People") to see similar stuff.

• I used to work in a very big company and then I worked in a very small company and then a big one and... whatever... 
• I have passed the "Big Four-Oh" and my body is slowly but surely betraying me by fornicating with decrepitude
• I tweet, because I am (@ittybittycrazy)
• I buy my clothes in the "Big is Beautiful" part of the store
• I have a mouth like a sailor - deal with it.  I don't want a life that's PG or PC
• I live somewhere on one of the edges of the USA
• I came here from the UK, and it shows
• I grew up in South Africa, and it sometimes shows
• I have wonderful friends and I value them very, very highly
• I have a better life through chemicals and therapy
• I am married to a wonderful Fluffy Bear
• My Puppy Dog and Puppy Girl are my beautiful furkids, who make sure there's literally never a dull moment, and they make us laugh every day

I used to look at rich women when I was a kid and think "Bitch, I'll always be younger than you."

Now I look at skinny, perky girls in their twenties and think "Bitch, I got way more money than you."

Somehow, in all this nuttiness, I am generally happy.
